Account Director, Digital Native
OpenAI is seeking an experienced Account Director to join our Sales team and drive strategic customer partnerships in the digital native space. As a key figure in our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, you'll be instrumental in helping businesses unlock the transformative power of highly capable AI systems. This role requires a unique blend of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and strong relationship-building skills. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline development to closing and renewals—while collaborating with world-class researchers, engineers, and solution strategists. Requirements
9+ years of experience in SaaS or PaaS enterprise sales.
Proven success in closing complex, high-value deals.
Experience working with C-level stakeholders.
Ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
Passion or deep curiosity about AI and its real-world applications.
Comfortable in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
