OpenAI is seeking an Account Director - Digital Native to join its high-impact Go-To-Market (GTM) team, helping organizations deploy advanced AI capabilities across their business operations. Based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model, this role requires a customer-focused leader who can engage technical and executive audiences, guide clients through transformative AI deployments, and manage the complete sales cycle-from pipeline development through renewal. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, research, and product teams to craft scalable, secure, and high-impact AI solutions. With 9+ years of experience selling and renewing SaaS or PaaS solutions, you’ll own a revenue target and shape account strategy, contributing directly to OpenAI’s mission of ensuring AGI benefits all of humanity.

Requirements
1. 9+ years experience in SaaS/PaaS sales and renewals.
2. Proven experience managing full sales cycles and complex deals.
3. Strong executive presence; experience working directly with C-levels.
4. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.
5. Expertise in market research and competitive analysis.
6. Willingness to work hybrid (3 days/week in SF office).

Responsibilities
1. Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts with defined revenue targets.
2. Drive end-to-end sales processes from pipeline creation to deal closure.
