As an Account Executive on HubSpot’s Benelux Small Business team, you’ll use your consultative sales skills and strategic thinking to identify, connect with, and convert small business prospects into thriving HubSpot customers. You'll engage outbound sales tactics, conduct engaging online product demos, and sell the value of HubSpot’s all-in-one inbound marketing, sales, and service platform.

This role is designed for driven professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and who are passionate about helping small businesses grow. It’s a full closing role with a strong focus on relationship building, value selling, and working closely with internal teams to deliver customer success.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

Be based in the Republic of Ireland (remote, office, or hybrid flexibility available).

Have 1+ year of closing sales experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.

Be fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or a Nordic language is a plus but not required.

Demonstrate excellent consultative selling and closing skills.

Show a proven track record of success (e.g., exceeding quota, President’s Club, etc.).

Be experienced in managing pipelines and accurately forecasting opportunities.

Display strong motivation, goal orientation, and self-management.

Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you will:

Identify pain points and growth opportunities for small business prospects and recommend the right HubSpot solutions to support their goals.

Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to close, using outbound strategies and inbound leads.

Conduct tailored online product demonstrations that showcase the value of HubSpot software.

Build strong, trust-based relationships with both prospects and internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to stay aligned with new features, campaigns, and customer feedback.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts using HubSpot’s CRM tools.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quota targets consistently.

Contribute to shaping HubSpot’s growth in the Benelux region by sharing your perspectives, ideas, and customer insights.
