As an Actuarial Consultant, you will use your analytical expertise to help healthcare providers navigate industry transformation through data-driven insights. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to influence healthcare outcomes nationwide. Responsibilities include analyzing complex healthcare data, conducting quantitative assessments of claims and costs, and developing client-facing reports. You’ll support client engagements through clear communication and project coordination, while applying critical thinking and taking ownership of deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements
Completion of at least one actuarial exam
2+ years of actuarial experience
Experience with medical and pharmacy claims data, including cost structures and coding systems
Proficiency in SQL and/or SAS
Solid Excel skills, including use of formulas, charts, and graphs
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new software tools independently
Demonstrated initiative in conducting new analyses with minimal guidance
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Background in consulting or the healthcare industry
Demonstrated solid analytical, organizational, and critical thinking abilities
