AI Deployment Manager
OpenAI is looking for an AI Deployment Manager based in Sydney to lead strategic onboarding, adoption, and deployment of ChatGPT Enterprise and other AI products across a range of global organizations. As part of the AI Adoption & Deployment team, you will manage post-sales engagements, ensuring customers realize measurable value from OpenAI’s solutions. You'll lead time-bound implementation projects, partner with internal sales and technical teams, and deliver technical enablement programs for different users. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in customer-facing environments, has led AI/ML implementations, and excels in cross-functional collaboration. Your work will directly contribute to OpenAI’s mission to bring safe, effective AI to the world.

Requirements
1. 6+ years in customer-facing roles, ideally in enterprise software or AI deployment
2. Experience delivering complex AI/ML solutions with tangible business outcomes
3. Strong communication and executive presentation skills
4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
5. Deep curiosity about artificial intelligence and its ethical use
6. Prior experience in change management or user enablement preferred

Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end onboarding and deployment of ChatGPT Enterprise and other OpenAI products
2. Manage structured deployment projects, ensuring adoption and measurable success
3. Educate and enable users through workshops, training, and hands-on sessions
4. Own the technical implementation of AI capabilities like Codex and custom GPTs
5. Partner with sales and solutions teams for a seamless pre- and post-sale experience
6. Provide customer feedback to internal teams to shape product strategy
7. Develop playbooks and best practices for AI adoption
8. Design and run events like hackathons and executive workshops
