AI Solutions Architect
We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to join Devsu and lead architecture, strategy and technical direction for AI-driven initiatives within the Microsoft/Azure ecosystem. You will design and deliver scalable, secure enterprise solutions using Azure AI and data services, build agentic architectures combining large language models (LLMs) + agents, and transform proof of concepts into reusable products and SDKs. Your responsibilities include leading microservices and data pipelines, ensuring CI/CD, container orchestration, and vector/RAG workflows, and advocating best practices for security and compliance. The ideal candidate thrives in remote, agile, global environments, has a mastery of data, cloud and AI technologies, and is passionate about transforming business problems into innovative intelligent solutions.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
2. 5+ years of software/cloud architecture experience with strong focus on Azure cloud.
3. Deep experience with Azure AI & Data Services (Azure OpenAI, ML, Cognitive Services, Synapse, Data Factory, Fabric).
4. Proficiency in microservices / messaging (APIM, Service Bus, Kafka, event-driven architectures).
5. DevOps & IaC expertise (Terraform, Bicep, CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes/AKS).
6. Hands-on experience in agentic/GenAI development (LLMs, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph/CrewAI, vector search).
7. Strong Python programming skills, REST API development, serverless deployments, concurrency & data structures.
8. Excellent English communication (written & verbal).

Responsibilities
1. Design and deliver end-to-end AI and microservices architectures using Azure technologies (AKS, Functions, APIM, Service Bus, Key Vault, Azure OpenAI).
2. Build agentic architectures (LLM + agents) leveraging frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or Azure AI Agents.
3. Translate proofs of concept into reusable products, SDKs and starter repos for internal and client-facing use.
4. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, enforce code quality, automated testing, security.
5. Manage containerized workloads with Docker & Kubernetes/AKS and ensure observability via Application Insights or Prometheus.
6. Architect and orchestrate data pipelines using Azure Data Factory or Fabric, integrate structured/unstructured/vector data sources.
7. Design and maintain vector stores and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows using Azure AI Search, Cosmos DB, pgvector.
8. Enforce security best-practices: identity/access management, RBAC, Key Vault, compliance and responsible AI governance.
9. Conduct process discovery, feasibility assessments, and define roadmaps for automation and AI opportunities aligned to business priorities.
