AI Support Technician
OpenAI is seeking a highly skilled AI Technical Support Specialist to join our User Operations team and help build the world’s first post-AGI support organization. This role involves directly supporting customers ranging from startups to global enterprises, solving complex technical issues, and shaping how AI-powered support will operate at scale. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to provide exceptional service, improve operational processes, and ensure customers maximize the value of our technology. Requirements
5+ years in user operations, technical support, or support engineering roles.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Experience supporting SaaS products and quickly adapting to new technologies.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to manage complex cases and customer interactions.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
High attention to detail and ability to prioritize across multiple projects.
