Analytics Data Engineer

OpenAI is hiring an Analytics Data Engineer to lead the development of robust, scalable data pipelines and core data systems. This role is central to enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization, powering product insights, business growth, safety mechanisms, and research support. As part of the Applied AI Engineering team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional groups including Product, Marketing, Infrastructure, Finance, and Research—contributing directly to the training of new models and responsible AI deployment. You’ll design systems that ensure data is accessible, trustworthy, and actionable, while helping build the future of AI applications.
