Sanofi is seeking an Area Business Manager (ABM) – Allergy to join our specialty care team. This field-based role focuses on driving the adoption and growth of Sanofi’s innovative allergy treatments by engaging with Allergists and Immunologists across Lexington, KY, and Roanoke, VA. The ABM will deliver clinically focused sales presentations, develop strategic business plans, and build relationships with key stakeholders and healthcare providers. Collaborating closely with internal field teams and external partners, this role is critical to expanding access to therapies that change lives. The ABM must thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment and demonstrate strong account management, scientific knowledge, and customer engagement skills. With a focus on results and high integrity, the ABM will play a vital role in delivering on product goals and supporting patients. Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
2. Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience
3. 2+ years of experience selling to Allergists or Pulmonologists OR with biologic therapies
4. Proven track record of consistent sales success in complex markets
5. Demonstrated ability to learn and apply clinical/scientific knowledge
6. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory
7. Strong communication, account management, and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
8. Experience selling subcutaneous or IV biologics
9. Sales experience in asthma or immunology-related conditions
10. Experience calling on specialty physicians and coordinating with office staff
11. Co-promotion experience and product launch success
12. Passion for learning and applying science to sales strategy
