Responsibilities
In this position, you will report to the Night Manager and play a crucial role in the front office team, acting as the hotel’s representative when senior management is not present, while collaborating with the Front Office team to meet guest expectations, support colleagues, and maintain profitability.
Your effectiveness in this role will largely depend on your ability to manage a seamless night shift operation, alongside your excellent organizational and communication skills, and your attention to detail to ensure the hotel’s reporting is precise.

You will assist in maintaining overall accountability for the auditing and administrative role of the Night Audit team.
You will proactively resolve complaints, aiming for mutually beneficial outcomes.
You will respond promptly to all inquiries.
You will regularly update details of returning guests and Loyalty members.
You will work closely with our security team to effectively manage guest safety and be prepared for any fire or emergency situations.
