Associate Editor, Contributors
Forbes is seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Associate Editor to join its Contributors team. This role will support and manage a network of expert contributors focused on key financial topics such as money, markets, investing, and personal finance. You’ll work closely with contributors to ensure high-quality, timely, and insightful content across multiple formats, including articles, newsletters, and video. Reporting to the Assistant Managing Editor, Contributors, you’ll play a key role in content planning, editorial guidance, contributor development, and cross-functional collaboration with newsroom and business teams. This is an ideal opportunity for an editor with strong business journalism experience and a passion for developing voice-driven, value-packed content for a wide audience.

Requirements
3–5 years of professional journalism experience, preferably in business, finance, or economic reporting.
Proven editing skills and strong editorial judgment.
Experience managing or collaborating with freelance writers or contributor networks.
Familiarity with content formats beyond written articles (e.g., newsletters, social, video).
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Experience using audience data tools for content planning is a plus.
Team player with adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
