B2B Social Producer
Forbes is seeking a dynamic Social Producer focused on B2B and thought leadership content to join our team. Reporting to the Director, Social Strategy & Programming, you will create and optimize engaging social content primarily for LinkedIn, targeting C-suite executives, leaders, and technology professionals. The role involves transforming complex business and industry insights into compelling, shareable social media narratives. You will collaborate closely with editorial teams, manage community engagement, and track performance metrics to ensure content effectiveness. This position requires a strong understanding of professional audiences and social media best practices, especially on LinkedIn. Occasional travel to events may be required. The role supports Forbes’ mission of connecting influential business leaders and innovators worldwide while working within a hybrid environment based in Jersey City, NJ.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in social media content creation or strategy, with B2B or thought leadership focus
Expertise in LinkedIn content strategy, engagement, and platform best practices
Proven ability to craft engaging content for C-suite and leadership audiences
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite)
Basic graphic design and short-form video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
