Bid Solutions Consultant
Capita is seeking a talented Bid Solutions Consultant to lead and deliver strategic bids and transformation programmes for public sector clients. This remote-based role involves designing innovative, purpose-led solutions that drive positive impact for customers and communities. You will collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to shape high-value proposals across people, processes, and technology. As part of Capita’s Growth Function, you’ll support major opportunities through the full lifecycle, ensuring solutions are commercially robust and technically sound. Ideal candidates will have a background in pre-sales or solution consulting, particularly within the public sector, and possess strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills. Requirements
1. Experience in pre-sales or solution design, ideally within public sector environments.
2. Strong knowledge of the full solution lifecycle (analysis to delivery).
3. Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive levels.
4. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and align input from subject matter experts.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills under tight deadlines.
6. Strong analytical and commercial problem-solving skills.
7. Demonstrated success in driving innovation and service improvement.
