TELUS is seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Retirement and Benefits Solutions team. In this dynamic role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and business partner, collaborating with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent while providing an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll leverage your recruitment expertise, bilingual communication skills, and creative sourcing strategies to build a diverse, high-performing workforce. As part of TELUS’ global talent acquisition team, you’ll contribute to improving processes, shaping best practices, and driving innovation in recruitment. This role is ideal for an adaptable, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and purpose-driven environment, empowering people to make the future friendly.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
2. 3–5 years of experience in corporate recruitment.
3. Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
4. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
6. Skilled in influencing and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels.
7. Social media savvy with knowledge of sourcing platforms.
8. Excellent organizational skills and adaptability in dynamic settings.
9. Collaborative mindset with a passion for team success.
10. CHRP designation or experience in retirement benefits recruitment (asset).

1. Partner with hiring leaders to design customized talent acquisition strategies.
2. Source, assess, and secure top-tier candidates for key roles.
3. Deliver exceptional candidate experiences aligned with TELUS’ inclusive culture.
4. Act as a business advisor by understanding client needs and workforce plans.
5. Mentor colleagues and share best practices within the recruitment team.
6. Implement and improve processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
7. Support integration and change management initiatives with new teams.
8. Stay informed on recruitment trends and industry best practices.
