Business Intelligence Analyst

Capita Pensions Solutions is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to support the delivery of management information and enable business performance improvements. You will develop, deploy, and maintain operational BI solutions, producing standard reports and ad-hoc analysis to guide decision-making. Working across SQL, Power BI, Azure, and Excel, you will liaise with business areas to gather insights, provide root cause analysis, and ensure reporting is accurate and actionable. This hybrid role allows for flexible working arrangements while contributing to the success of the pensions team, helping over 600 schemes and 6 million members achieve their objectives. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, analytically minded, and capable of translating complex data into insightful business recommendations.
