Client Advisor
Capita is looking for a Customer Advisor to join their Cape Town office on a full-time fixed-term contract. In this role, you will provide efficient and effective support to customers through multiple communication channels, ensuring that all inquiries and issues are resolved in line with company standards and data protection requirements. You’ll be responsible for delivering a right-first-time customer experience, capturing accurate data, and managing complaints professionally. Experienced advisors may also assist team leaders by mentoring colleagues and helping to improve satisfaction and efficiency across the team. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
1. Proven experience in a customer service or contact centre role preferred.
