Client Systems Engineer - Northeast

Please note this is a remote role, but will require up to 40% travel to customer sites.
The Solutions Engineer is a seasoned professional who has extensive technical experience supporting long term customer solutions and relationships. The individual must have highly developed people and organizational skills, be able to prioritize work quickly and effectively in a dynamic environment. The position requires an individual who has a strong understanding of many technologies and is highly competent in communicating technology concepts with customers, partners, sales, and fellow employees.
What you'll achieve
As a Solutions Engineer, you will be key partner of a customer facing sales team. The SE will become a "trusted advisor" to their specific customer and augment the Dell account team. This will include providing technical consulting; act as a Level 3 resource to the customer, and support tailored to a specific customer's environment and needs. You will provide pre-sales guidance on End User Computing Solutions with our field sales teams, helping to define and present the overall Dell Technologies value to our customers using the full range of the Dell client portfolio.
Requirements
Good organizational, customer service and communication skills
• Professional presentation skills
• Experience in Information Technology areas comprising any of the following:
Intel technology: EMA, V-Pro/AMT, & AI PC
Systems Administration/Integration, Professional Services/Consulting, Hands-on experience with End-User environments including deploying desktops, building servers, or 4+ years of technical business-related pre-sales experience.
• Ability to prioritize and balance your schedule in a flexible work environment
Desirable Requirements
• Experience with Citrix, VMware Horizon, Microsoft Server OS 2012/2016, or Windows 10/11 experience (Technical Certification a plus)
• Systems Management experience (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM))
