Clinical Administrator
Capita’s Recruiting Partnering Project (RPP) is seeking a Clinical Administrator to support the British Army’s Assessment Centre in Lichfield. This dual role combines hands-on clinical testing with essential administrative duties. You’ll carry out standard medical screening procedures such as vision, hearing, ECG, and BMI tests, while ensuring accurate record-keeping and coordination with healthcare professionals. No prior medical experience is required, however, comprehensive training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop healthcare administration skills in a professional and structured environment. Requirements
1. IT literacy and ability to use in-house databases.
2. High attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Strong ability to follow procedures and instructions.
4. Comfortable performing physical checks on recruits.
5. (Desirable) Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting.
6. (Desirable) Familiarity with the Army or military recruitment environment.
