Clinical Operations Area Head,
Roche is seeking a dynamic and strategic Clinical Operations Area Head to lead clinical trial execution across Canada and the EMEA region. This high-impact leadership role bridges local clinical operations and global study teams, ensuring the successful delivery of clinical studies across multiple countries. You will drive excellence in performance, compliance, and speed while cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. By using data to monitor and optimize performance, championing country needs, and leading cross-functional collaboration, you will ensure alignment with Roche’s ambition to deliver 20 transformative medicines by 2029. Requirements
1. Extensive experience in clinical research, especially in regional or global operations
2. Proven track record leading multi-country clinical teams
3. Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development abilities
4. Skilled in using performance metrics and data for strategic decisions
5. Advanced degree in a relevant field (PhD, MD, PharmD, MSc preferred)
6. Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
7. Ability to manage complexity in matrixed organizations
