Clinical Operations Area Head, Canada & EMEA

This leadership role oversees clinical trial execution across multiple countries in the Canada and EMEA region. As Clinical Operations Area Head, you will drive high-performance clinical delivery by connecting local operations teams with global leadership. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong people leadership, and the ability to manage complex cross-functional collaborations. You will be accountable for operational excellence, ensuring clinical studies are delivered on time, within budget, and with consistent quality. This position also plays a critical part in advocating for local teams, removing barriers to trial execution, and using data insights to improve performance. You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders and external collaborators to build a culture of compliance, innovation, and accountability. Your leadership will directly contribute to Roche’s mission of delivering transformative medicines to patients worldwide.
