Position Summary
Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing and/or system operations, such as working with engineers and manufacturing in set-up and calibration tasks, system support, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, documenting/following standard operating procedures, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the process and production of memory chips and logic. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in-line adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Requires compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.
Requirements
Associates degree or other technical certification. Experienced Pharmacy Tech, Dental Assistant or other medical technologist (external equivalent). or 4 years equivalent technical Military service.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools: List MOST important requirements first. Then, list soft skills and desired (but not required), experience:
Department specific Process Knowledge (CMP, Etch, Cleans,..)
Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation
Highly capable in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to procedure changes also required.
Must have strong communication, teamwork, analytical and problem solving skills
Focused on continuous improvement in fast-paced, changing environment
High level of initiative and desire to learn
Familiar with TPM concepts
Successful candidates will be detail and task oriented and place high value on customer service, team work and flexibility.
Ability to meet due dates for action items
Successful candidates will strictly adhere to SOPs.
Reliable and punctual attendance required.
Work off-hours if necessary
Electro-mechanical aptitude, Basic understanding of hand tools, pneumatics, and electricity
