Sanofi is seeking a Community Relations and Education Manager (CoRe) for its Hemophilia division to serve as a key partner to Hemophilia Chapters, Foundations, and treatment center social workers. This field-based, remote position focuses on building strong relationships within the bleeding disorder community while delivering impactful educational content, both branded and unbranded. The CoRe will act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the community, ensuring alignment of Sanofi's education strategies with community needs. This role requires significant public speaking, event planning, and field engagement with patients, caregivers, and advocacy groups. You'll support on-label programs, manage chapter engagements, gather market insights, and ensure compliant execution of education initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient advocacy, comfortable with clinical education, and thrives in cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
2. 5+ years of experience in pharma/biotech, preferably in rare diseases
3. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
4. Experience in project management and executing strategic plans
5. Ability to work independently in a field-based role
6. Strong organizational, planning, and interpersonal communication skills
7. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 60–80%
8. Must live within or near the assigned geography
9. Specialty Pharmacy or Hemophilia experience highly desirable
10. Spanish language skills preferred

Responsibilities

1. Cultivate relationships with Hemophilia Chapters, Foundations, and Treatment Centers
2. Represent Sanofi in community settings as an educator and resource
3. Plan and deliver on-label educational programming across the region
4. Partner with cross-functional field teams (Sales, Medical, PSS, Market Access)
5. Gather and share community insights to inform brand strategies
6. Support educational speaking engagements and national conference participation
7. Collaborate with specialty pharmacy partners for regional education
8. Update and contribute to the development of educational content
9. Use CRM tools to manage territory and track interactions
10. Ensure all activities are compliant with legal, regulatory, and brand SOPs
