Corporate Cybersecurity Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Corporate Cybersecurity Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security architecture, network security, cloud security, security operations and cyber risk management. This role requires thorough understanding of complex IT systems with hands-on technical expertise of implementing comprehensive security measures to protect our organization’s digital assets against an evolving array of cyber threats. The Cyber Security Manager will report directly to the Head of Corporate Cybersecurity.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM or equivalent preferred.
· Experience: At least 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in a cyber security role, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or security architect position.
· Technical Skills: Hands-on experience and proficiency in security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM/ XDR, EDR, scanning tools, zero trust architecture, AI security, python etc.) and familiarity with various operating systems and networking protocols.
· Analytical Skills & Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex security issues along with attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
· Security Architecture: Design and implement a structured framework to protect IT infrastructure and data from potential threats.
· Cloud and Network Security: Implement robust cloud security measures to protect data and applications hosted in cloud environments. Conduct network security assessments. Knowledge of zero trust framework required.
· Security Operations: Oversee the 24*7 managed security operations center (SOC) team to monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents in real-time.
· Vulnerability Management: Lead vulnerability assessments, threat hunts, penetration tests to identify and mitigate potential threats and weaknesses.
· Security Analytics and Reporting: Implement advanced security analytics leveraging AI / ML and big data technologies.
· Data Protection: Develop and manage a comprehensive data protection program.
· Collaboration: Work with other departments and stakeholders to integrate security measures into all organizational processes.
