CRM Solution Architect, Patient Support Services
Sanofi is seeking a hands-on CRM Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative Salesforce Health Cloud solutions within its Patient Services division. This role focuses on improving patient experience and optimizing operational efficiency through robust, scalable, and secure architectures. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical blueprints, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards (GxP, HIPAA, GDPR). You’ll also be responsible for integrations using Snowflake, Informatica, AWS, and other technologies, while overseeing the end-to-end solution lifecycle from proof of concept to deployment. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
5+ years of experience with Salesforce OmniStudio, Health Cloud, and integration design.
Salesforce Certified Application and System Architect (preferred).
Knowledge of healthcare regulations: HIPAA, GxP, GDPR.
Experience with tools/tech like Snowflake, Informatica, AWS S3, Python, FHIR, etc.
Familiarity with encryption, data masking, and anonymization techniques.
Proven ability to lead CRM implementations and cross-functional tech teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Agile methodology experience; cloud-native and DevOps knowledge is a plus.
Nice-to-have: Veeva, Marketing Cloud, Advanced Therapy Management, Power BI/Tableau, AutoRabbit, Terraform, GitHub.

Responsibilities
Design and architect CRM solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud for Patient Support Programs.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and reusable technical solutions.
Lead integration strategy for partner services (e.g., benefits verification, co-pay).
Provide architectural oversight for large-scale Salesforce implementations.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and enterprise architecture governance.
Lead PoCs to validate solutions and present findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with enterprise architects, delivery teams, and business leads.
Create and maintain technical documentation, C4 model diagrams, and architecture roadmaps.
Participate in supplier evaluation and selection.
Promote reuse of components and optimization of existing architecture.
Mentor team members and support continuous learning in the team.
