The Preferred Customer Associate will enter information into the computer for orders, documents and figure out the best way to send shipments. This person will also solve problems. Keep good relationships with our customers.

Requirements

You need to have a high school diploma or something similar. You should be good at writing and talking to people. You need to be able to do things at the same time. You should know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. Sometimes you will have to work hours or come in on your days off and you should be okay with that. The Preferred Customer Associate, at UPS should be flexible and willing to help the team.

Responsibilities

The Preferred Customer Associate at UPS will do things like fix exceptions in our software for managing workers. They will make reports. Analyze the information when it is needed. They will also help with requests for time off and vacations. Sometimes they will work on projects do research and come up with new ideas to improve our processes.
