Requirements
1. Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
4. Confidence in handling calls and building rapport with customers.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
6. Ability to meet and exceed customer service KPIs and SLAs.
7. Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
