To do a job in this position you need to really care about making customers happy. You have to be very accurate when putting information into the computer. You have to be able to do many things at the same time. Customer experience is very important. So is data input accuracy and multi-tasking.
We really need someone who's good at administration it is very important for this job. Administration skills are a must, for this role.

Responsibilities
As a member of the JAT Support Team you will deliver customer service to people who call or email us. The people who contact us are the ones who run our houses and staff from departments. You will make sure that you help them with their questions soon as possible. If you cannot help them you will send their question to the person who can. Your job is to use different computer systems and take care of many processes. You will be, in charge of making sure these systems and processes work properly. The JAT Support Team relies on you to do this job.
You will also be in charge of the Change of Lessee process for our JAT sites. This means you have to look at the information that is put into the system talk to the people who supply us with things and then put that information into our SAP System. You have to do all these things to make the Change of Lessee process work, for our JAT sites.
So what will you be doing? Here are some of the things that the job of the key accountabilities will be responsible for. The key accountabilities will include things, like this.

The key accountabilities will have to do these tasks.
We need to make sure that all the office work behind the scenes is current. This means keeping track of all the back-of-house administration and making sure it is all up to date, with the information. The back-of-house administration has to be accurate and completed on time.
Be an escalation point for our JAT Operators for any supplier relations.
Processing required payments to local authorities.
Highlighting opportunities for process improvements
Administering the COL process
