Roche is advancing a FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) data ecosystem, and the Digital Data Compliance Lead plays a crucial role in this transformation. Acting as a strategic advisor to the Pharma Technical (PT) Data Office, you will drive quality and compliance excellence, govern digital GxP data, and ensure data integrity through robust risk management and oversight. This position involves leading key components of the Data Integrity Quality Management System (DI QMS), supporting audits, aligning compliance strategies with business goals, and fostering a culture of responsible data stewardship. You will collaborate cross-functionally to improve governance frameworks, enforce standards, and guide risk mitigation efforts. Your work directly contributes to maintaining regulatory alignment and enabling agile digital transformation that benefits patient care globally. Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (advanced certifications preferred)
2. 7–10+ years in data compliance, digital governance, or risk-related roles
3. In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, ICH Q8–10)
4. Experience with GxP compliance frameworks and quality systems
5. Familiarity with governance tools like Collibra or Ataccma
6. Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills
7. Proven ability to influence across cross-functional teams
8. Proficiency with data management tools and working in dynamic environments
