Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for a Digital Experience Strategist - Greater China, to help us do extraordinary things. The Digital Experience and Merchandising (DE&M) team defines, develops and delivers an exceptional shopping experience for Apple Store Online customers across all of our digital platforms. As a Digital Merchandising Specialist, you will play a key role in developing innovative regional merchandising and story telling strategies that captivate customers and support purchase confidence. You will have the opportunity to shape how people shop, driving innovation and creating best-in-class experiences for Apple customers.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in digital commerce, marketing, customer experience, digital merchandising, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English and Chinese
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working closely with creative and UX teams to create innovative customer experiences.
- Knowledgeable of China E-Commerce marketplaces
- BA/BS in related field
- Experience enhancing digital merchandising performance through data-driven insights.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of China e-commerce platforms, regional retail trends, including shopping behaviors, consumer preferences and conversion optimization strategies.
- Familiar with using platform analytics reporting tools, Adobe analytics and Tableau
- Demonstrates Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.
