DoD Financial Improvement & Audit Remediation programs Specialist

Guidehouse is seeking a Financial Improvement & Audit Remediation (FIAR) Specialist to support our Department of Defense clients. In this role, you’ll work on key financial management initiatives including audit readiness, internal controls, compliance, and financial policy analysis. You'll apply knowledge of GAAP, GAGAS, DoD financial regulations, and ERP systems to help strengthen federal financial practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FIAR projects and a solid understanding of DoD structures, acquisition, and inventory management. Candidates must hold an active Secret clearance and either a bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
