Dynamics 365 Technical Architect
Guidehouse is hiring a Dynamics 365 Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for a major client case management system. This role is ideal for a senior technologist passionate about driving digital transformation across complex environments. You will collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and client stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system designs, develop technical specifications, and oversee solution delivery. The position involves leading technical workshops, ensuring high-quality implementations, and mentoring development teams. As a key technical authority, you’ll guide integration strategies, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required for this government-focused consulting position.

Requirements
1. U.S. Citizenship (required).
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3. Minimum 8 years of professional IT experience.
4. Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 solutions.
5. Strong expertise in C#, .NET, SQL, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, and CRM SDK.
6. Proven experience in full life-cycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
7. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
8. Experience developing and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
9. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple business terms.
10. Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance.
Preferred:
11. Experience in “Big 4” consulting or Microsoft Gold Partner firms.
12. Public sector consulting experience.
13. Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid-Agile delivery methodologies.
