Requirements

ducated to degree level (or equivalent experience).

Professional practitioner with knowledge and expertise in the delivery and development of enterprise services, events, and activities.

Experience of implementing policies and procedures and supporting change and service improvements.

Experience of providing specialist enterprise advice and guidance to students, graduates and colleagues, including more senior colleagues.

I have been part of external networks where the University of people share ideas and talk about what works well. This helps me build relationships with my colleagues and other people I work with. It is also good, for the University because it helps people see the University in a way. The University gets a reputation when people work together and share their knowledge.

Skills/Abilities/Knowledge

Excellent spoken and written communication skills including the ability to develop and deliver enterprise related workshops, one-to-one support, and events

Strong digital competence across a range digital devices and apps including digital communication tools and Microsoft 365 applications.

Committed to continuing professional development to maintain professional recognition.

Knowledge and experience of ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational policy and guidelines.

Ability to solve problems and decide on and plan appropriate solutions.
