Facilities Systems Technician

STEMCELL Technologies is hiring a Building Systems Specialist to support the operation, maintenance, repair, and optimization of critical building infrastructure and systems at its Burnaby site. This role serves as the primary point of contact for facilities and equipment operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and functionality across clean rooms, purified water systems, HVAC, boilers, compressors, and more. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, experience in GMP-regulated environments, and holds a mechanical or electrical engineering background. A 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate is a strong asset. You will also liaise with internal stakeholders and contractors to manage facility systems while maintaining alignment with STEMCELL’s quality standards, including ISO13485 and GMP. This role may require occasional support outside of business hours during emergencies.
