Field Reimbursement Manager
Sanofi is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to support our Tzield product for Type 1 Diabetes (T1D). This remote-based role focuses on ensuring patients and providers in California and Nevada have access to Sanofi therapies through education and reimbursement support. Reporting to a Field Director within the Patient Support Services (PSS) team, the FRM will be the expert on buy & bill processes, payer policy requirements, billing codes, specialty pharmacy operations, and financial assistance programs. By working cross-functionally and establishing strong relationships with healthcare providers, the FRM plays a vital role in enhancing access and helping patients navigate complex payer environments. Candidates should bring strong pharmaceutical experience, reimbursement knowledge, and strategic thinking skills. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
In-depth understanding of reimbursement, billing/coding, and payer access
Experience in provider and healthcare facility settings
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
Proven cross-functional collaboration experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to travel (~50%) within assigned region
Valid driver’s license
Experience with complex payer policy, T1D, or autoimmune therapies preferred

Responsibilities
Act as reimbursement and billing subject matter expert for T1D product (Tzield)
Serve as primary point of contact for Patient Support Services Hub
Implement strategic geographic business plans for product access
Educate HCP offices on payer policy, billing codes, and procurement processes
Address contracting, billing, and access issues with healthcare providers
Facilitate problem-solving visits and support patient pull-through
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute pull-through strategies
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory policies
Monitor and reduce cycle time for product access and patient onboarding
Build strong relationships with external stakeholders and internal teams
