Finance & Procurement Functional Analyst
Capita Public Service is seeking a Finance & Procurement Functional Analyst to support the design and implementation of modern finance and procurement services as part of a large-scale transformation programme. Reporting to the Finance & Procurement Functional Lead, you will help shape service models, develop Standard Operating Procedures, and contribute to Capita’s Service Blueprint. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external subject matter experts to ensure solutions align with ERP platforms, client needs, and Capita’s best practices. This home-based role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your functional expertise within a dynamic digital transformation environment that values innovation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
1. 3-5 years’ experience in shared service design and implementation for Finance & Procurement.
2. Knowledge of ERP systems and service transition planning.
3. Understanding of Government Digital Service (GDS) methodology and service lifecycle.
4. Strong analytical and collaborative skills across dispersed teams.
5. (Desirable) Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.
6. (Desirable) Background in phased service transfers and interim states.
7. (Desirable) Awareness of accessibility, inclusion, and ethics in public services.
8. (Desirable) Experience supporting post-transition hypercare and operational readiness.
