Requirements

You should have least 5 years of experience working with fleet customers and retailers.

You should understand how vehicle financing works. Be able to explain it to others.

You should be good with numbers and able to use data to make decisions.

You should be able to work and come up with new ideas.

You should be able to communicate professionally with people at all levels.

You should be able to make and deliver presentations to leaders.

You should be driven to succeed and able to manage and adapt to changing business processes.

You should be able to travel to visit our retailers and attend events.

You should be able to build and maintain business relationships.

Responsibilities

Hyundai Motor UK and Genesis Motor UK are working to grow our fleet business in a way that is good for the environment. We want to be a leader in the fleet market with a 5% market share. To do this we need someone to help our retailers sell more of our zero emission vehicles and other products. You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Sales to make a plan to help our retailers sell cars. You will also work with them to make sure they have the tools and training they need to succeed.

This role is important because it will help us grow our fleet sales through our retailer network. You will help our retailers win and keep business customers by building their capabilities and improving their processes. You will also work with teams to make sure we are all working together to achieve our goals.

We are also getting ready to launch some products like light commercial vehicles. You will help us make a plan to sell these products to our fleet customers. You will also work with our partners who provide financing and other services to our retailers.

We want you to:

Identify which retailers need help to sell more cars to fleet customers.

Help our retailers make a plan to grow their fleet sales and give them the resources they need to succeed.

Make sure all our retailers are focused on selling cars to fleet customers.

Look at sales data to see where we can improve and help our retailers achieve their targets.

Work with our retailers to make a plan to improve their sales performance and check in with them regularly to see how they are doing.

Build relationships with our retailers and provide them with training and coaching.

Help our retailers market our products to their customers.

Make sure we are working together as a team to achieve our goals.
