Global Head of Learning Innovation
Sanofi is seeking a Global Head of Learning Innovation to lead the future of learning across the enterprise. This is a strategic and visionary role responsible for shaping the learning innovation strategy and transforming how employees develop skills in a rapidly evolving world. As a key architect of learning transformation, you’ll drive the design and integration of next-gen technologies like AI, VR, and adaptive platforms into the learning ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders in People & Culture, Digital, Procurement, and Business Units to create personalized, modern, and measurable learning experiences at scale. You’ll also forge partnerships with external innovators and academic institutions to bring fresh thinking into the organization. Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred
2. 10+ years in learning, innovation, or digital transformation
3. Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
4. Deep knowledge of learning platforms (LMS/LXP), VR/AR, AI, and analytics
5. Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving change
6. Skilled in human-centered and instructional design methodologies
7. Strong strategic thinking and systems mindset
8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
9. Experience with agile methodologies and change management
10. Ability to travel up to 30% (domestic and international)

Responsibilities
1. Lead global strategy for learning innovation with the Chief Learning Officer
2. Stay ahead of emerging learning trends and convert them into scalable solutions
3. Design modern, engaging, and data-driven learner experiences
4. Drive platform integration across LMS, LXP, VR/AR, and analytics tools
5. Build a culture of innovation and experimentation in learning delivery
6. Collaborate across P&C, Digital, Procurement, and Business Units
7. Manage vendor relationships and oversee technology adoption
8. Create and track metrics that link learning to business outcomes
9. Oversee pilots and ensure scalable, localized execution of initiatives
10. Partner externally with EdTech and academic institutions to bring fresh ideas
