Graphics and NPU Technologist
Dell Technologies’ Chief Technology Office (CTO) is seeking a Graphics and NPU Technologist to define and execute the next generation of graphics and neural processing unit (NPU) strategies across Dell’s client products. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise, strategic foresight, and industry influence to shape Dell’s competitive edge in the evolving AI-driven PC ecosystem. This role involves leading R&D initiatives, driving hardware and software innovations, and collaborating across technical, business, and marketing teams. The technologist will play a pivotal role in developing solutions that deliver exceptional AI experiences while fostering innovation, influencing industry standards, and contributing to Dell’s long-term vision of technology leadership.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 15 years of experience in graphics and NPU architecture, ideally within PC products.
2. Proven record of innovation and recognized industry thought leadership.
3. Strong ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
4. Deep understanding of graphics and NPU hardware/software design.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
