Hardware UX Engineer

Requirements
1. 12+ years in consumer product UX roles with leadership experience on large-scale projects.
2. Proven expertise in front-end innovation and strategic design direction for hardware/software ecosystems.
3. Portfolio showcasing strategic impact on shipped products and long-term roadmaps.
4. Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research, prototyping tools, and design frameworks.
5. Strong leadership and communication skills to influence executive-level decisions.
6. Graduate degree in behavioral sciences, product development, human factors/ergonomics, or related field (preferred).
