Head of AI Workflow Engineering

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in data engineering, AI/ML, and workflow automation.
Proven track record in building and scaling AI-driven workflow systems in enterprise settings.
Expertise in cloud platforms (preferably AWS), Snowflake, and distributed systems.
Experience with AI tools like AWS Bedrock and interest in agent-to-agent (A2A) architectures.
Strong programming skills (Python, Java) and CI/CD implementation experience.
Deep understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Experience in stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and innovation delivery.
Proficiency in low-code platforms, workflow orchestration, and enterprise automation tools.
Strong knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security standards.
