Full Time Lead/Principal Sales & Marketing Hybrid

Samsung Electronics UK is seeking a Head of B2B Reseller & Samsung One Engagement Platform to lead and grow its Mobile eXperience (MX) reseller business. This senior leadership position involves managing a high-performing team of up to 19 sales and product specialists, driving commercial growth, and expanding the reseller base from 800 to 1,200 accounts. The role combines strategic account management with operational excellence-overseeing joint business plans, leading commercial negotiations, and enhancing Samsung’s B2B engagement through the SamsungOne platform. As a trusted leader, you’ll collaborate with C-suite partners, develop innovative go-to-market strategies, and drive growth across hardware and software products, including smartphones, tablets, PCs, and Knox Suite. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of the UK B2B reseller and distribution ecosystem. 

 

 

Requirements

1. Proven track record of commercial growth and multi-level sales leadership.
2. 15+ years of experience in B2B sales, channel, or reseller management.
3. Deep knowledge of the UK mobile, PC, and distribution market.
4. Strong C-suite relationship management and negotiation skills.
5. Advanced commercial acumen and data analysis ability.
6. Experienced in developing joint business plans and long-term growth strategies.
7. Inclusive leadership style and team development experience.
8. Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
9. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
10. Interest in technology, innovation, and emerging digital trends such as AI.
