Head of Business Delivery - Pensions
Capita Pension Solutions is seeking a Head of Business Delivery – Pensions to lead a portfolio of Statements of Work (SOWs) and strategic change initiatives for a key client. This remote-based role involves overseeing end-to-end delivery of varied projects such as payroll migrations, data reporting, voluntary exits, and more, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction. Though the position has no direct reports, it demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen. You’ll act as the central point of contact for all SOW requests, manage project pipelines, lead client-facing governance, and drive a customer-focused culture across teams. This is a high-impact role for someone experienced in the pensions industry and confident in pricing, negotiation, and strategic portfolio delivery.

Requirements
1. Proven experience in the pensions industry, specifically Defined Benefit (DB) schemes.
2. Strong knowledge of planning, monitoring, and controlling portfolios and projects.
3. Demonstrable experience in pricing and billing for ad-hoc project work.
4. Skilled in commercial negotiations and stakeholder management.
5. Solid understanding of resource allocation and budgeting procedures.
6. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
7. Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently.
8. Experience working in a client-facing delivery environment.
9. Proficiency in managing complex project pipelines and governance processes.
10. Ability to work remotely while engaging multiple internal teams and external clients.
