Full Time Lead/Principal Business Development Remote

This senior role reports directly to the Chief Sales Officer and focuses on developing high-impact relationships with integrated partners, resellers, and enterprise collaborators to drive revenue and brand reach. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SaaS partnership management, particularly in scaling early-stage or high-growth environments. You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing Workera’s partner strategy from the ground up, aligning partnership programs with business goals, and enabling joint go-to-market initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and has the ability to influence without hierarchy. Requirements

1. Extensive experience leading partnerships in SaaS or tech startups/scale-ups.
