Basic Qualifications:
- Earned Value Management Experience
- FP&A Experience
- Ability to multitask and lead across several competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with SAP, Cobra, ECE, Hyperion and other Program Performance Management tools
- Proven finance and operations leadership skills
- Strong analytic skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point and other Microsoft Office tools
-Strong Communication skills to explain complex topics in an easy to understand way, as well as experience presenting to executive management.

- The selected candidate for this position will report to the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance & Strategic Effects Division's Business Operations Manager, and will be responsible for all aspects of Program Finance for a portfolio of DoD Contracts.
- The Candidate will be responsible for managing a team of finance professionals and coordinating employee recruitment, talent development, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions for their team.
- They will be responsible for driving business results for a major portfolio of programs by integrating data from various teams including program finance, master planning, estimating, contracts, engineering, supply chain and other functions.
- Manages short and long-range financial and program performance internally and externally. Internal financial management includes contract orders, sales, profit, cash, and capital expenditures. External management involves earned value management, program budget baselines and program performance reporting. They will assess risks and opportunities that affect business portfolio/program performance and help develop associated action plans in coordination with program management. They will interface and partner with external customers and internal stakeholders and support new business pursuits in development of competitive proposals and will play a key role in strategic business case development and analysis.
