Full Time Lead/Principal Finance & Accounting Hybrid

Embark on an exciting career with Lockheed Martin's Global Financial Services team, where you'll play a pivotal role in planning, developing and leading change management through people, process and technology optimization. This leadership role will be responsible for leading and implementing change management initiatives across the organization. This includes developing and executing change management strategies, plans, and tactics to support business transformation, process improvements, and technology implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your first assignment will be to lead change management of Payroll Finance processes in the hire to retire life cycle, reporting to our Senior Manager, Payroll Transformation, and partner cross-functionally to ensure successful implementation and modernization of our innovative enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) program comprised of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Employee Central Payroll.

 

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field
Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing change management initiatives
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Experience with change management methodologies and tools
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
US Citizenship is required for this role
Desired Skills:
Ability to build relationships quickly and conceptualize the end user needs
Continuous Improvement experience
Experience in SAP Hire to Retire, HCM transformation
Agile/SAFE experience

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas)
