[Hiring] Labor Contract Administrator Full Time Telework

As a Labor Contract Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) through accurate, timely, and compliant transactional work. Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• High attention to detail with ability to accurately complete large volumes of transactions.
• Continuous Improvement mindset with ability to assess and streamline processes.
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to provide support and resolve issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data.
• Effective prioritization, organization, planning, and communication skills.
• Experience working with Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) and performing transactional work governed by a CBA.
Desired Skills:
• Human Resources or Labor Relations experience, with a focus on transactional work governed by a CBA.
• Experience administering and interpreting CBAs, including processing transactions such as wage adjustments, benefits, and employee data.
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) and ability to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions.
• Ability to support multiple sites and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
• Experience with cross-departmental coordination and collaboration, with a focus on labor relations and CBA compliance.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
