[Hiring] Lawyer (Junior)
We are looking for a Junior Lawyer to join our growing legal team.
Requirements
Law degree with bar admission
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Advanced English knowledge
High attention to detail and organization
Strong analytical skills
Fast learning ability
Affinity with AI, technology and legal systems
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
Previous experience with civil or consumer litigation will be considered an asset
As a member of a remote team, you are expected to be organized, proactive, and curious to learn new legal subjects.
Responsibilities
Draft minor and medium complexity legal documents, such as defense statements, replies, and appeals
Perform daily monitoring of judicial and administrative proceedings
Rigorously comply with procedural deadlines
Participate in initial and conciliation hearings
Conduct jurisprudential research to support defense theses
Assist senior lawyers in preparing legal opinions and strategies
Keep the case management system updated with new developments
Prepare periodic reports on the status of processes under your responsibility
