[Hiring] Senior Procurement Analyst
We’re looking for a Senior Procurement Analyst to strengthen our purchasing operations through advanced negotiation, process optimization, and data-driven insights. You’ll be responsible for managing vendor relationships, leading negotiations, and using SAP and AI-powered tools to deliver efficiency and measurable results.
Your mission will be to drive procurement excellence by blending technology, strategic sourcing, and collaboration across teams — ensuring we get the best value from our suppliers while maintaining agility and control.
Requirements
Proven experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Hands-on experience with SAP in procurement operations.
Familiarity with AI tools applied to procurement, analytics, or automation.
Excellent command of procurement KPIs and reporting (dashboards, insights, tracking).
Ability to lead process improvement and implement best practices.
Solid understanding of procurement compliance, contract terms, and risk management.
Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).
Excellent interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration mindset.
Responsibilities
Lead high-impact negotiations with vendors across financial, technology, and general services categories.
Manage the full procurement lifecycle: sourcing, negotiation, contracting, ordering, and supplier performance.
Use SAP for PR/PO flow, vendor management, and procurement analytics.
Implement and leverage AI tools for contract analysis, data modeling, and workflow automation.
Develop and monitor procurement KPIs (cost savings, lead times, compliance, supplier quality, etc.).
Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal and Operational Teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
Continuously improve procurement processes through automation, standardization, and risk mitigation.
Support vendor due diligence and onboarding, especially for strategic suppliers.
Monitor market trends to identify sourcing opportunities and optimize supplier strategies.
