Full Time Mid-Level Administrative & Office Support Hybrid

  • Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services.
  • Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, and administer resulting subcontracts.
  • Coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.
  • Collaborate with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures.
  • May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in Procurement or Global Supply Chain
- US Department of Defense (DoD) industry experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience with LM Procure to Pay (P2P) or SAP
- Experience with DoD procurements
- Previous aerospace or Lockheed Martin experience
- Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations
