[Hiring] Talent Producer (Sourcer)
We're looking for a skilled talent producer with excellent project management experience who's excited about taking on ownership in a startup environment to help find and bring on subject-matter-experts to help us create educational content at scale. At Exponent, we value first-hand experiences from both the candidate and interviewer side to create our content.
Your main responsibility will be a) sourcing, b) qualifying, and c) scheduling talent.
This includes doing cold outreach, managing inbound pipelines, vetting expertise, and helping us build out a robust subject matter expert (SME) and partnership ecosystem. SMEs and partners in this case are expert tech professionals who are great on video and would love to give back their knowledge.
In your first three months, you’ll own and scale up our SME and partner onboarding from 10-15 per quarter to 30-50 per quarter, which will help fuel Exponent’s largest organic growth drivers: our interview guides and blog.

Responsibilities
Own SME/partner pipeline from sourcing to onboarding/hand-off in partnership with content (Nick and Kevin) and ops team (Leah)
Work with content team to identify SME needs, conduct outreach, and recruit and coordinate with SMEs to produce high-quality content, e.g. find Data Scientists who work at XYZ companies to share their interview experience with us and help schedule their interview.
Help us further refine and craft our ideal SME profiles and personas
Streamline and manage SME and partner recruitment various channels, e.g. active channels: contributor board, coach candidates; passive channels: tap into Exponent Slack, embed into existing graduation flow, coaching students/customers, email listserv, ask for referrals, etc
Document and report out funnel progress + metrics to enable quicker learnings and iterative approaches to SME management

Working at Exponent
This role is part-time at 10-20 hours per week to start. Payroll is processed monthly.
